Policies & What to Expect as a New Client
 

In order to reserve an appointment as a new color service client, a deposit may be required. The deposit will go towards your service.

​

Your appointment is reserved especially for you. I understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, I respectfully ask you give at least 24 hour notice for any cancellations or reschedules. 

​

If you cancel or reschedule less than 24 hours before your appointment you will be charged 50% of your scheduled service price. 

 

 If a client does not show up to their scheduled appointment and fails to reach out at all before their scheduled appointment time they may be charged 100% of their service total , and/or may no longer be able to reschedule. 

​

If a client is more than 15 mins late for their appointment they will be charged accordingly and asked to reschedule. 

​

A confirmation text message will always be sent out 24 hours in advance to your upcoming appointment. If you are not receiving these text please let me know and I will be sure to fix it.

Wednesday: 8am-4pm

Thursday: 8am-4pm

Friday: 8am-4pm

Saturday: CLOSED

Sunday: CLOSED

Holidays: CLOSED
